Over more than three decades, we've developed working relationships with contract manufacturers of all sizes — from small specialist facilities to large-scale production houses. We understand how they operate, what they need, and how to communicate with their technical teams effectively.
Our role is to act as the technical bridge between your brand and the manufacturer — ensuring your formulation is interpreted correctly, scaled faithfully, and produced to specification. We're happy to liaise directly with any facility you've chosen, or to help you identify the right manufacturing partner for your product.

We have no preferred supplier arrangements with any manufacturing facility. That means we work with whoever is right for your product — whether that is a boutique Australian contract manufacturer, a large-scale facility, or an overseas partner. Our only agenda is getting your formulation made correctly.

For over 30 years we have been working in and alongside manufacturers across Australia and internationally. We know how facilities operate, what they need from a brief, and how to communicate technical requirements in a way that avoids costly misunderstandings on the production floor.
Hands-On Scale-Up Support
Moving from a bench formula to a commercial batch is where many projects stall. We manage the technical translation — adjusting processing parameters, resolving equipment compatibility issues, and ensuring the finished product matches the intended specification at scale.
Ongoing Liaison Throughout Production
We stay involved from the first manufacturing trial through to sign-off on the finished batch. If issues arise during production — and they often do — we are available to troubleshoot in real time, working directly with the manufacturer's technical team to resolve them quickly.
