We custom design and tailor formulations to your own unique requirements.

We want your formulations to reflect your personality, your standards and your ethics. We love your involvement in testing products and we consider that there is no such thing as negative feedback. 

We also love to involve you in the testing process as products are so much more than pHs, viscosities and microbial counts. Other factors include Appearance, Colour and Odour and the overall consumer experience.

We start with an initial consultation where we work with you to understand your philosophies, ideas and overall needs. 

Next we ask you for a product brief (we have a questionnaire) for each product including things like product description, aroma, packaging and numbers of units etc. This gives us the information that we need to create a unique formulation to suit you.

We then create the formulation and send you samples so that you can experience them, test them and comment. We can refine them if you wish or go straight to further testing.

Tests like Stability Testing and Microbial Testing are standard with most products. Some products require other tests like Irritancy Testing which will depend upon the product and its application. 

Once everything else is finished and you have signed off on the formulation we create a dossier or PIF (Product Information File) for it including formulation, manufacturing procedure, specification, SDS etc. Often this file amounts to 200 pages or more about your product. 

The PIF  enables you to own the formulation and to ship product around the world. It has aways been more than enough information for the gold standard marketplace, the EU.

To manufacturer. We can work with any manufacturer and if you don't have one in mind, we can help find one for you. 

Our suggestion will depend upon your requirements including the types of products, the numbers of units and the packaging components.
